1. Our Commitment to You
Thank you for choosing Genoteq.net to market your property. We take pride in our services and want you to be completely satisfied. However, unlike physical goods that can be returned, our products are digital services such as property advertisements, premium listings, and branding packages.
Once a service is activated, it consumes server space and bandwidth immediately. Therefore, our Refund Policy differs from traditional e-commerce websites. Please read the guidelines below carefully.
2. When Are You Eligible for a Refund?
We believe in fairness. You are eligible for a full or partial refund only in the following situations:
- Technical Error / Double Payment: If you were charged twice due to a payment glitch, the extra amount will be refunded.
- Service Failure: If a paid service was not activated due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund will be issued.
- Payment Without Service: If payment was deducted but the transaction failed, the amount is usually auto-refunded within 3–5 days. If not, we will assist you.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Since our services involve real-time advertising, refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Once a listing or package is purchased and allocated, it cannot be refunded.
- Property Sold Quickly: If your property sells before the listing duration ends, remaining days are not refundable.
- Policy Violations: Listings removed or accounts terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
- Low Response: We do not guarantee leads or calls, as response depends on market conditions, pricing, and location.
4. Cancellation Policy
- One-Time Payments: Most services are one-time purchases and cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before renewal. The current billing cycle is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2, please contact us immediately:

- Details Required: Registered Mobile Number, Date of Transaction, and reason for refund.
6. Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the bank to credit the amount back to your account.
